To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Norhi and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any Content on the Site. This includes, without limitation, any damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, Norhi's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to use the Site in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norhi and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms or any additional terms you agree to;

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The Site is intended for users in Canada; if you access the Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws.
By using the Site, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Site.
Similarly, we may terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional policies or guidelines posted on the Site (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Norhi regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or communications between you and us relating to the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will only be effective if in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Norhi.
