Dr. Victor Vien, MD, FRCPC
A Métis physician and former academic psychiatrist at the University of Toronto who transitioned from clinical practice to build the sovereign infrastructure he couldn't find. With deep expertise in telehealth, Indigenous mental health, and Linux systems architecture, Dr. Vien leads Norhi's technical development and strategic direction.
