Leadership
Dr. Victor Vien, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Vien is a board-certified psychiatrist and former Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. As a Métis physician with deep experience in telehealth, Indigenous mental health, and medical education, he brings a unique perspective to healthcare innovation. Drawing from direct experience serving communities with limited healthcare access, Dr. Vien founded Norhi to develop practical, technology-driven solutions that improve patient care while reducing provider burden.

Our Approach
